In the first half of 2022, we were approached by one of our existing clients, Beaufort Homes, to fund their new Surrey-based project.
The experienced developer planned to build two pairs of semi-detached homes in the leafy village of Charlwood, northwest of Gatwick Airport. Each energy-efficient property boasts a central village location, and features solar panels as well as large, landscaped gardens.
The homes were designed to be affordable options within the local area, and the work was completed to a high standard and in a very timely manner.
Giving the green light
Having already worked together on a number of projects, our client was confident that they had a supportive funder on board in MSP. We provided a £1.1m Ground-up Development Loan over a term of 18 months, enabling them to see their new vision through to fruition.
