In January 2023, we provided a Ground-up Development Loan to assist with the construction of two new houses in a desirable section of the London commuter belt.
Development plans included the construction of two detached houses in the sought-after village of Goffs Oak, just over four miles away from Waltham Cross. These spacious family homes are spread over three floors benefiting from four bedrooms as well as ample living and outdoor spaces. Both properties are set back from the road, offering added peace and privacy, and enjoy many local amenities and transport links to nearby London.
Our finance package
We worked with our client to fully understand their situation and expected build costs, and provided a £1.7m Ground-up Development Loan over an 18-month term in order for them to see their new project through to completion.
