Lending Criteria

  • Professional property developers aged between 21-75
  • Borrowers must have been a resident of the UK for a minimum of 12 months
  • Only properties in England and Wales
  • Properties cannot be the primary residence of the borrower
  • Properties must be at practical completion and vacant
  • Recently completed residential homes only.
