We are a team of property and finance experts who believe in creating opportunities for our clients through finance.
Founded in 1981, MSP Capital has grown to become one of the largest providers of property finance in Southern England. As a principal development and bridging lender, our in-house property and finance experts can offer lending solutions for sums up to £20 million – helping our clients to make their vision a reality.
Here is how your experience with MSP will go beyond finance
Lending with certainty
Being a principal lender means we can always take a proactive view on each and every application for finance and consider the bigger picture. We have the funds ready to lend so you can concentrate on what you do best.
We believe in relationship led finance
When dealing with property, anything can happen. We’re proud that our clients know they will always have someone from our team to assist them with whatever comes their way, at any stage of their project. Whether its some quick advice over the phone or an in-depth discussion on site, we’re there.
Our head office is based in Poole, Dorset. It’s a beautiful county and we’re proud to be part of its active and caring community.
Our determination to see others succeed extends out to our community too
From small beginnings in 1981, MSP has grown organically over the past 40 years – combining entrepreneurial spirit and business expertise to help others successfully grow their businesses.
Over the years we have made time to support causes that are close to our hearts, making sure to raise smiles as well as much needed finance.
Our most recent efforts range from hosting fundraising events for our chosen local charity: Julia’s House, to working with our partner AFC Bournemouth to boost access to outdoor activities within the community.
We’ve worked hard to put the foundations into place to bring more ideas to life and we’re looking forward to the next few years to see them come into fruition.
