- Rates from 0.80% per month
- Release up to 70% LTV
- No exit fees payable
- 4, 6 and 9mth terms with extensions available for a full term of 15mths
- Release up to £5m, with single units restricted to a max value of £1.5m
Lending Criteria
- Professional property developers aged between 21-75
- Borrowers must have been a resident of the UK for a minimum of 12 months
- Only properties in England and Wales
- Properties cannot be the primary residence of the borrower
- Recently completed new residential properties only
- Properties must be at practical completion and vacant
