On 13th June 2024, we held our Summer Social event at The Bugle House, Southampton.

The event was attended by 90 property professionals, including developers, solicitors, valuers, accountants and surveyors. We also invited our four core charities along to network with attendees: Julia’s HouseLewis Manning Hospice, Forest Holmes Hospice and MYTIME Young Carers.

A celebration to the people who make MSP.

On the ground floor of The Bugle House, we celebrated all the clients, suppliers and partners who make MSP Capital one of the leading property finance specialists. Guests enjoyed the sunshine while tucking into the fantastic canapés provided by award-winning Molecular Magic and listened to live music by guitarist, Freddie Edwards.

Paul Kinvig entertained our guests with plenty of games including:

  • Branches or Roots
  • Quiz about trees

Paul Miracca, Jt Managing Director at MSP Capital said:

“Our Summer Social was an ideal face-to-face opportunity to celebrate and nurture our strong relationships across the property industry, the charities and community causes we support.

“It was a pleasure and privilege to lay on such top-quality music and entertainment for our guests and have so much fun together.”

One year since the launch of Foundation for Better Futures

It’s been one year since the launch of the “Foundations for Better Futures”, our ESG strategy launched in June 2023. Marked on the day by a life-size tree as the centre piece to the event, we will be donating one tree per attendee to celebrate the anniversary.  Using company TreeApp we have agreed the donation of 90 trees to the South of England for planting later this year.

Team MSP have close relationships with all our clients, suppliers and partners. Being a relationship-led company we understand the value in nurturing support and championing the professionals we decide to surround ourselves with. We were glad you were able to share this with us.

“It was great to meet a range of diverse people across our industry in terms of speciality, experience and more… It was particularly illuminating talking to members of the Hospice Charity team, which MSP support. The cocktails and canapés were delicious and Paul skilfully ensured we all connected with other attendees with the entertaining edge of some healthy competition!”
