Starting his career in sales and marketing, he soon realised his true passion lay elsewhere. Pursuing a master’s degree in European Real Estate at Kingston University, Chris found himself drawn to the world of property. He began his professional journey at Edward Simmons, which later merged with Lambert Smith Hampton. Chris then spent a year at Vail Williams before finding his way to MSP Capital.
Reflecting on his transition into property valuation, Chris shared, “At 27 years old, I started late into the industry… joining the industry in late 2007, 2008, just as the financial crisis started. So, whether that was good or bad timing, I don’t know.” Despite the challenging economic climate, Chris thrived, gaining valuable experience in valuations for secured lending and developing a keen understanding of property markets.
