Having worked with MSP to complete the first phase of their project back in 2018, our client came back to us in 2022 for a second Ground-Up Development Loan in order to keep construction work moving.

This attractive new development will consist of 44 homes in total, and construction work will be divided across three separate phases, with 11 homes built in phase one and a further 29 due to be built throughout phases two and three. A combination of two, three, and four-bedroom houses and bungalows will be included to accommodate a range of lifestyles and price points, and the development is ideally situated in the characterful village of Methwold: seven miles from the market town of Brandon, 12 miles from Downham Market, and 15 miles from Thetford.

A safe pair of hands

Having relied on our services to kick-start their project, our client turned to us for a £4.5m Ground-Up Development Loan in order for further building work to commence, even though the first phase was not yet fully completed. We understand the importance of maintaining momentum on site, and were happy to help our client see the project through to its final stages without delay.

Our collaborative approach

At MSP, we work to ensure that funding is tailored to the needs of each developer, and take pride in being regarded as an extension of the team. Having worked closely with our client over the course of several years, we understood the situation and its unique requirements, and acted as swiftly and decisively as possible to ensure that the project could progress within the desired timescales.
