MSP Capital - Spot the Ball Competition!

Prize Draw: MSP Capital are running a skilled-based competition for those who take part in the
“spot the ball” competition between the dates of 10 th – 25 th May 2022. It is completely free to enter and
there will be no cost involved in claiming the prize. To enter, participants need to visit the URL
(https://mspcapital.co.uk/spot-the-ball/) click on the image where they think the ball is and submit their
full name and email address via the form on the MSP Capital website.

1. In order to be entered into the Competition participants are required to confirm that they are
   over 18 years old and that they consent to these terms or conditions, including how the
   Promoter will treat your data, by checking the appropriate checkbox on the entry form. If
   participants do not do this their entry will not be submitted. Participation is free of charge and
   without obligation. In any event participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and
   conditions, upon acceptance of entry.
2. Only one entry per participant will be counted. Any duplicate entries will
   be removed from the data before the prize is drawn.
3. The Competition will run from 7pm 10 th May 2022 until 5pm 25 th May 2022. Strictly no
   submissions will be accepted before or after these dates.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names of the winners on
   their website and social media.
5. The Promoter is entitled to disqualify and / or exclude participants if it is of the opinion that the
   participants do not act in accordance with the general conditions of the Competition, or if the
   participants otherwise fraudulently gain access to the Competition, or unfairly influence the
   course of the contests / giveaways.
6. The Prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right
   to replace the prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if
   necessary at our discretion.
7. Persons under the age of 18 are not able to enter into this Competition.
8.  The Competition is NOT open to employees or the family members of
   employees at the Promoter.
9. Access to this Competition is given through visiting mspcapital.co.uk/competitions or
   mspcapital.co.uk/spot-the-ball
10. The Promoter is in no way liable for any damage or loss resulting from participation in the
    Competition, nor for any technical faults, defects or delays related to participation or the
    designation of the winner.
11. There are three prizes and only three winners will be chosen and contacted by the Promoter.
    Two reserve winners will also be chosen but will only be contacted in the event that an initial
    winner does not comply with these terms and conditions or does not claim their Prize within
    14 days of notification.
12. The winner / reserve winners will be chosen by reviewing a list of submissions who have picked
    the closest co-ordinates to where the real ball is located in the competition image. Where more
    than one Prize is available, the closest entry wins, the next closest is second Prize and this
    logic continues. This process will be completed in front of an independent witness, who is not
    part of the Marketing Department at MSP Capital. This witness may still be an employee of
    MSP Capital.
13. The winner will then be contacted by the Promoter via the email address
    the participant provided at the time of entry.
14. If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winners within a reasonable period of time (to be
    established at the Promoter’s sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its
    postal address to the Promoter within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the
    Promoter reserves the right to revoke the offer of a prize.
15. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no
    responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
16. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, are not transferable or
    exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. By entering the Competition, participants agree that their personal data may be stored and
    otherwise processed by MSP for administrative purposes, including the competition and
