To save our clients time we have removed the need for printing reams of paperwork, instead opting for a streamlined digital onboarding process. Through our partnership with DocuSign and HooYu our clients now have the ability to sign documents and provide proof of identification with confidence, all from the comfort of their home.
DocuSign is our online electronic signature partner, so our client’s can sign an Offer of Finance electronically, securely and quickly from any device.
We will simply email the documents out directly for an instant signature return. All documents are encrypted for security and a full audit trail is always maintained so an Offer can be signed in seconds.
Using HooYu, our online electronic verification partner, means our clients can provide proof of identification and address documentation from a computer or phone.
The process is simple and requires a live selfie along with images of proof of ID and proof of address. By using HooYu, we can complete our client verification process quickly without the need for our client’s to leave their home to obtain certified documentation, all while keeping their details completely safe and secure.
Why Hooyu?
HooYu can quickly and securely verify people from all over the world using digital footprints, ID document authentication and facial biometrics technology. It’s not only safer, it also speeds up the application process which means our clients can get their loans sooner.
Is this secure?
Yes. HooYu use a high-level TLS encrypted connection to keep data secure. They delete all copies of uploaded documents and any social profile data as soon as the identity check is done.
Sharing information
As part of the verification process, we’ll share our client’s contact details with HooYu and they will share the identity verification information with us.
