Our decision to cut rates on bridging and development loan products in the past few months was enabled by a ‘game-changing’ £350 million facility agreed with our investment partners J.P. Morgan, the world’s largest bank, and Pollen Street Capital in a bid to generate more flexibility for competitive lending. Alongside our ongoing retained lines with Pollen Street Capital and Shawbrook Bank, the agreement has increased our total funding capacity to £485 million. And J.P. Morgan has the potential to provide additional funds giving scope to achieve the £750 million loan book ambition over the next four years.
