With the addition of 10 new team members, our company has expanded to a total of 49 professionals across all departments. This expansion signifies not only our determination to succeed but also solidifies our presence in the market.

The addition of 10 new team members has led to a substantial workforce expansion of 26%, a remarkable achievement. With new additions to nearly every department, we see the expansion to the finance, underwriting, marketing, valuation, legal and HR team.
With 40 years of experience, our relationship-led lending is evidence to our expertise and unwavering commitment to working with our clients. With a carefully chosen team of experts in their fields including property banking professionals, CIPD qualified HR, chartered accountants, and experienced staff in all departments.
