Richard Bairstow

Software Developer

Richard has joined MSP Capital in April 2023 as a Software Developer. Richard joins the company with 22 years of experience in IT with 15 years specialising in business systems development. Richard joined the IT team to help develop MSP Capital’s core business system.

Eleanor Collins

Marketing Executive

Eleanor joined MSP in April 2023 as a marketing executive. While studying a degree of Events Management at Bournemouth University, she started working in events in London at a well-known exhibition centre. Moving onto working with smaller marketing companies, she built skills in social media, events, and website. After graduating, Eleanor worked in the Art’s industry as a digital marketing executive, where she developed skills further in content creation, SEO, campaigns, and event management.

As part of the MSP Capital Marketing team, Eleanor works on marketing campaigns, events, social media, website and assists Rachel with the continuing building of the MSP Capital brand.

Max Royal

Junior Software Developer

Max joined MSP Capital at the end of October 2023, after graduating from the University of Reading after achieving first class honours in BSc Computer Science.

Max will be assisting the software development team in developing new features to add value to the core business system.

Conor Knight

Junior Business Development Analyst

Conor is a dynamic professional with a diverse background. After completing an 18-month apprenticeship in a property firm specialising in mortgages and protection sales progression, he ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully managing his own restaurant for three years. Currently, as a junior business development analyst for Arian, Conor brings a wealth of experience and a passion for driving growth and innovation.

Sandra Dakanyte

Legal Secretary

Sandra joined MSP in August 2023 to support Legal Department during the maternity cover. With over 12 years’ experience in retail and finance management while living in London, Sandra has worked with a range of businesses. Upon relocating to Dorset over a year ago, she assisted Head of Wills, Trust and Probate Department at the private client practise. Sandra will be bringing valuable skills to a growing MSP Legal Team.

Alex Palmer

Management Accountant

Having completed a degree in Accounting with Finance, Alex moved into the finance sector and became an ACA chartered accountant. Following 4 years of working in audit and some time in a compliance role, Alex has worked with a variety of businesses and will be helping to support and add to the high calibre finance function at MSP. Alex will be preparing the management accounts and analysing financial performance to help shape the future growth of MSP.

Harry Frost

Finance Assistant

While completing a degree in Business Management, Harry Interned for several local businesses. The last of which was MSP Capital in the summer of 2022, he then went travelling while studying for his final year of studies. Now, he has returned, Harry is studying towards becoming an ACCA Chartered Accountant while working in the Finance department supporting smooth operations.

Matthew Laing

Solicitor

Matt joined the MSP legal department in September 2023.
Prior to joining, Matt had set up and run a solicitors’ practice in locality and afterwards worked as a partner at Preston Redman solicitors.
Matt’s role in the MSP legal department is to provide general assistance including preparing and completing deeds of variation, providing legal advice, researching issues and drafting documentation.

John Dimbleby

Valuation Surveyor

John joined MSP Capital in September 2023 after 8 years service at Savills where he was an established member of the South Coast Development Services team, specialising in residential development valuations and consultancy. John is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. John previously spent 4 years in London where he qualified as a chartered planning consultant at DTZ, now merged with Cushman & Wakefield. John’s role is to evaluate all External valuations to ensure that the securities valued align to MSP Capital’s lending risk profile.

Maddie Young

HR Administrator

Maddie joined the MSP Team in September 2023. Her previous role made her CIPD Level 3 qualified in Human Resources Practice, she has a varied range of skills in the department. She joins MSP to assist Mel with HR and office administration.
