The South Coast Property Awards is the leading property event in the Solent region, organised and staged by The Business Magazine. The event is in its 4th year and attracts entries from both commercial and residential property sectors.
The Fast Rising Property Business of the Year is an award that recognises a market-leading increase in sales, headcount, profitability, market share or geographical expansion over the past three years. Entrants will be growing businesses within the property and construction sector including developers, agents, consultants, surveyors, lettings specialists, etc.
MSP Capital is a specialised provider of bridging and development finance based in Poole, Dorset. We were approached to present this award because of our significant growth over the past five years. We have restructured, relocated offices, increased our team from 5 to 17, and quadrupled our loan book to £150 million.
Finalists will be notified on 21 May 2019, following judging. The winners will then be announced at the awards evening on 18 July 2019 at the Hilton at The Ageas Bowl, Southampton.
The evening is attended by over 400 guests and is a great opportunity to bring together the Solent and South Coast property community.
