Exciting things have happened at MSP over the past month

After nearly seven years, we have left behind our quiet sea-front office and relocated to a contemporary office building by the Quay, so we can expand our team of experts in a spacious environment.

The move itself ran very smoothly. Our contractors were able to complete the works required in such a short period of time, then with our own resources we were fully functional in just a handful of days.

Designed with our people in mind

At Strata House the layout and interior of the new office has been designed with the purpose to improve staff wellbeing and efficiency.

Glass walled meeting rooms, swing chairs and various green plants make it an enjoyable place to be.

The whole of Team MSP got involved in the design elements of the office by choosing furniture, carpets and wall colours, a fun project for everyone to enjoy.

Collaborative spaces

The office is well equipped with light and airy meeting rooms which will allow us to host more meetings with our clients in the future. Our new Boardroom seats up to 16 people and has the ability for more casual meetings in a separate lounge. Not forgetting a large bespoke centre piece with a tv screen ideal for team presentations.

Also, we’ve created more collaborative spaces for our team to work together on future products and strategies that will help our clients – something we’ve all missed while working from home. One of our meeting rooms even showcases a large living moss wall, improving air quality, wellbeing and staff productivity.

Putting wellbeing first

Over the past few years, we have learned just how important the health and wellbeing of our staff is. We want to encourage everyone to lead a healthy, positive lifestyle. The team can now enjoy an in-house gym, several lounge areas and a dedicated staff break-out room with a table-tennis tournament well underway! We’ve also installed cooking facilities on the ground floor so the team can prepare fresh healthy meals.

We are looking forward to when we can invite our clients into the new office for face-to-face meetings in our brand-new meeting rooms. For now though, all rooms are equipped and ready for virtual meetings instead.
