Prize Draw: MSP Capital are running a random prize draw for those who
subscribe to the MSP Capital Newsletter between the dates of 3rd – 17th
December 2021, it is completely free to enter and there will be no cost involved
in claiming the prize either. To enter, participants need to subscribe to the
newsletter through the MSP Capital website. Entries will be counted from two
different entry forms detailed below.

1.  In order to be entered into the Prize Draw participants are required to

Definitions

Prize/Prizes: The prize that is available to be won is an experience for two winners (plus one guest each) expected to be week commencing 19th December 2022.

Competition: MSP Capital are running a competition for those who take part in the “DECEMBERTOREMEMBER” competition between the dates of 28^th November – 9^th December 2022. It is completely free to enter and there will be no cost involved in claiming the prize. To enter, participants need to visit the landing page: https://mspcapital.co.uk/nominate-afcb-fan/ and nominate an individual to be considered for a special experience at AFC Bournemouth.

Nominee: The individual who is nominated by themselves or another who, if chosen, would be the recipient of the prize. This person can be under 18 but would need permission from a parent or guardian before claiming the prize.

Entrant: The individual who submits the nomination form. This person must be over 18, they can also be the nominee. Unless they are also a nominee, an entrant is not eligible to be a winner.

The Competition is open to UK residents only and the winners must be available to travel to the AFC Bournemouth Vitality Stadium on 16th December 2022. In order to be entered into the Competition, participants are required to confirm that they consent to these terms or conditions, including how the Promoter will treat their data, by checking the appropriate checkbox on the entry form. If participants do not do this their entry will not be submitted. Participation is free of charge and without obligation. In any event participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, upon acceptance of entry.

1. The Competition will run from 12:30pm 28^th November 2022 until 11:59pm 9^th December 2022. Strictly no nominations will be accepted before or after these dates.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names of the winners on their website and social media.
3. The Promoter is entitled to disqualify and / or exclude nominees if it is of the opinion that the nominees do not act in accordance with the general conditions of the Competition, or if the nominees otherwise fraudulently gain access to the Competition, or unfairly influence the course of the contests / giveaways.
4. The Prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if necessary at our discretion.
5. Persons under the age of 18 are not able to enter into this Competition. However, they can be a Nominee.
6. The Competition is NOT open to employees or the family members of employees at the Promoter.

9. Only two winners will be chosen from the nominees and contacted by the Promoter within 7 days of the Competition closing. Two reserve winners will also be chosen but will only be contacted in the event that an initial winner does not comply with these terms and conditions or does not claim their Prize within 24 hours of notification.
10. Submissions will be review by a third-party agency and two winners will be chosen at the absolute discretion of Promoter.
11. The two winners will then be contacted by the Promoter via social media or the email address the participant provided at the time of entry. The decision of the Promoter regarding the winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into on the subject.
12. When the winner claims their Prize, they will be sent more information about the Prize provided on the day. They will be named on social media.
13. This Prize does not include travel to or from the stadium, nor any overnight stays.
14. Prize Draw: MSP Capital are running a random prize draw for those who subscribe to the MSP Capital Newsletter between the dates of 18th September – 10th November 2023 using the QR code supplied one the sign at the event. It is completely free to enter and there will be no cost involved in claiming the prize either. To enter, participants need to subscribe to the newsletter through the MSP Capital website. Entries will be counted from two different entry forms detailed below.

In order to be entered into the Prize Draw participants are required to confirm that they are over 18 years old and that they consent to these terms or conditions, including how the Promoter will treat your data, by checking the appropriate checkbox on the entry form. If participants do not do this their entry will not be entered into the prize draw. Participation is free of charge and without obligation.

Only one entry per participant will be counted. Any duplicate entries will be removed from the data before the prize is drawn.

The winner/ reserve winners will be chosen by assigning all entries a number and using a random number generator to pick the winner. This process will be completed in front of an independent witness, who is not part of the Marketing Department at MSP Capital. This witness may still be an employee of MSP Capital.

The winner will then be contacted by the Promoter via the email address the participant provided at the time of entry.
