Competitions T&Cs for Exhibitions 2023.

Prize Draw: MSP Capital are running a random prize draw for those who subscribe to the MSP Capital Newsletter between the dates of 18th September – 10th November 2023 using the QR code supplied one the sign at the event. It is completely free to enter and there will be no cost involved in claiming the prize either. To enter, participants need to subscribe to the newsletter through the MSP Capital website. Entries will be counted from two different entry forms detailed below.

In order to be entered into the Prize Draw participants are required to confirm that they are over 18 years old and that they consent to these terms or conditions, including how the Promoter will treat your data, by checking the appropriate checkbox on the entry form. If participants do not do this their entry will not be entered into the prize draw. Participation is free of charge and without obligation.

Only one entry per participant will be counted. Any duplicate entries will be removed from the data before the prize is drawn.

The entries are open from 18th September to 10th November 2023. Strictly no submissions will be accepted before or after these dates.

The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names of the winner on their website and social media.

The Promoter is entitled to disqualify and / or exclude participants if it is of the opinion that the participants do not act in accordance with the general conditions of the Prize Draw, or if the participants otherwise fraudulently gain access to the Prize Draw, or unfairly influence the course of the contests / giveaways.

The Prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if necessary at our discretion.

Persons under the age of 18 are not able to enter this promotion.

The Prize Draw is NOT open to employees or the family members of employees at the Promoter.

Access to this Prize Draw is given through scanning the QR code on the competition signage at either the South-East Property Exhibition 2023 or the Finance Professional Show 2023. The QR code will link to this page on our website:   mspcapital.co.uk/newsletter

Entrants will need to fill in and submit the form in order to be entered into the event, simply visiting the webpage does not constitute as an entry.

The Promoter is in no way liable for any damage resulting from participation in the Prize Draw, nor for any technical faults, defects or delays related to participation or the designation of the winner.

There is only one prize, and only one winner will be chosen, as well as two reserve winners in the event of the initial winner does not comply with these terms and conditions or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification. The winner and reserve winners will be chosen on 14th November 2023.

The winner/ reserve winners will be chosen by assigning all entries a number and using a random number generator to pick the winner. This process will be completed in front of an independent witness, who is not part of the Marketing Department at MSP Capital. This witness may still be an employee of MSP Capital.

The winner will then be contacted by the Promoter via the email address the participant provided at the time of entry.

If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winners within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion); or (ii) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 14 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to revoke the offer of a prize.

The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that their personal data may be stored and otherwise processed by MSP Capital and Mailchimp for administrative purposes, including the competition and associated draw.

As part of this Prize Draw, participants are additionally giving permission to receive our monthly newsletter, so their data will be kept in the Mailchimp database until such time as the participant chooses to ‘unsubscribe’ from our mailings. Prize Draw Details

This prize draw is open to all attendees who subscribe to the MSP Capital Newsletter and follow us on LinkedIn by scanning the QR code provided at the event on 8th November 2024 to the 15th November 2024. Subscription to the newsletter is free, and entry into the competition incurs no additional cost.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must use the QR code on the event signage, which links to MSP Capital’s website, and complete the entry form, participants must also follow our LinkedIn page. Entries will be accepted exclusively on 8th November 2024 to the 15th November 2024. Strictly no submissions will be accepted outside this date.

Eligibility

Participants must be over 18 years of age and confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by checking the relevant box on the entry form.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed before the prize draw.

This competition is not open to MSP Capital employees or their immediate family members.

Draw and Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received on 16th November 2024. The selection will be conducted using a random number generator in the presence of an independent witness who is not involved with MSP Capital’s Marketing Department.

Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the prize draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, MSP Capital reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternate winner from the reserve list.

Prize Conditions

The voucher is valid for redemption at any of The Pig hotels but is subject to availability and applicable terms set by The Pig.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

General Terms

MSP Capital reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or appears to tamper with the competition process.

The winner’s name may be published on MSP Capital’s website and social media channels.

Prize

The prize available to be won each month is a £100 John Lewis gift card, which will be emailed to the chosen winner.

How to enter

To enter the monthly prize draw, complete and submit either the initial drawdown survey or the loan completion survey during the month. Partial completions will not qualify, and entries must be submitted by the last day of the calendar month to be eligible.

Prize draw details

The monthly prize draw is completely free to enter, and there will be no cost involved in claiming the prize. There is no requirement to provide additional contact details during the survey, as MSP Capital will track eligible participants through survey responses.

Participants will be entered into the corresponding prize draw for the calendar month in which they submitted their survey response. The final date for survey submissions for each draw will be the last day of each calendar month, and the random draw will take place within 5 working days after the end of the previous calendar month. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted per month. Any duplicate entry will be flagged and excluded from the draw before the prize is drawn.

The prize draw is not open to MSP Capital employees, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

Notification of winner

The winner will receive their £100 gift card code within 7 days of the prize draw. MSP Capital will use the correspondence email address on file at the time of sending the email. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem this gift card within the time allocation provided by John Lewis’ terms and conditions. Any unused benefit will cease after the gift card expiration date. MSP Capital’s responsibility and liability ceases once the gift card code has been sent.
