Our customer is an established new-build specialist developer, with a focus on building premium homes. Having previously sought a Ground Up Development Loan from us, the developer returned when the properties were finished to source a Development Exit Bridging Loan of £5.2m.
Moving on
With construction almost complete, the developer sourced the new loan whilst waiting for the final properties to sell. This gave them access to finance at a lower rate, enabling them to repay the previous loan and look to their next project.
