Our client, Beechvale Construction Ltd., is a long-standing customer who has been utilising our credit facilities since their inception in 2006. So when approached with their latest plans we were happy to support it with an £800,000 Ground Up Development Loan to bring their project to reality.

Beechvale Construction was set up by Jason Hacker, director and owner, in 2006. They are known for the high specification of their properties and great attention to detail. This development was no different, they completed it ahead of time and within budget.
It consists of two chalet bungalows of 1,773 sq ft. Each has 3/4 bedrooms, two reception rooms, a fully fitted kitchen with Neff appliances, a private driveway and generous gardens. Sustainability has been taken into account with the inclusion of solar panels and an EV charger.

Understanding development needs
Jason made use of our Ground Up Development Loan to fund the project. MSP Capital originally provided a bridging loan to assist with purchase, then construction started using their own funds with MSP Capital subsequently providing a development loan to finish off the project.
