Earlier this year we provided a tailored development facility to Waterbeach Property Company Ltd a new MSP client looking to deliver a luxury development in Treyarnon Bay a highly sought-after Cornwall coastal location.
The experienced developer plans to transform the former kitchen garden of the defunct Waterbeach Hotel into three high specification luxury detached properties. Each property boasts panoramic sea views and is located close to the popular fishing town of Padstow.
A main contractor has been employed to undertake the work, with an experienced project manager overseeing the site delivery. It is anticipated the project will be completed to a very high standard and in a timely manner.

Using our Ground-up Development Loan, our team of experts were able to adapt the finance structure to provide the most supportive package to this valued client.
The 18-month loan of £5.3m will be used to assist the client with the build costs associated with Phase 2 of the development site which Waterbeach Property Company Ltd already owned.
