The client came to us looking to use our Development Finance to refurbish three existing residential units, convert two existing non-residential units and construct three new-build residential units.
We worked closely with our client to tailor the loan to suit their needs, so our client had the confidence and support to move forward quickly with their project.

This project also has links to the not-for-profit organisation, Building for Humanity CIC , allowing ex-armed forces service personnel to participate in the project and further benefit from assets once complete.
The project will also offer Homeless, Homeless Veterans and Low-Income Families to enjoy the stunning surroundings offered by these properties, as part of the Humanity Credit programme. Their offer of a respite holiday near the coast forms an important part of their health and well-being.
